1. Identity of the VZW
2. Purpose and Scope

  • EarthMoves vzw aims to promote human and planetary health by combining ecopsychology, sustainability and well-being.

  • The non-profit organization organizes activities such as projects, events and collaborations within a regenerative and sustainable framework.

  • The non-profit organization operates without a commercial profit motive and strives for social impact.

3. Membership and Participants

  • Membership (if applicable) at EarthMoves vzw is open to anyone who endorses the vision and values of the organization.

  • Members have the right to vote at the general meeting, unless otherwise provided in the articles of association.

  • Participants in activities are obliged to adhere to the house rules and code of conduct of the non-profit organization.

4. Participation in Activities

  • Participation in events or projects is at your own risk.

  • EarthMoves vzw is not liable for damage, loss or accidents during activities, unless there is gross negligence.

  • In the event of cancellation of an activity by the non-profit organisation, the registration fee (if applicable) will be refunded or converted into a credit.

5. Liability

  • EarthMoves vzw is not liable for damage caused by external partners or third parties.

  • Participants must take care of their own belongings; the non-profit organization is not responsible for theft or loss.

  • The non-profit organization takes all reasonable measures to guarantee safety and well-being.

6. Payments and Donations

  • Payments for activities or donations are made through the official channels of EarthMoves vzw.

  • Donations will be used exclusively for the operations and projects of the non-profit organization.

  • Invoices and payment receipts can be provided upon request.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

  • All texts, photos, and materials produced by EarthMoves vzw remain the property of the vzw, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Publication or distribution of these materials without written permission is not permitted.

  • Photos taken during activities may be used for promotional purposes, unless participants explicitly object.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • EarthMoves vzw collects and processes personal data solely for the operation of the organization.

  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties without permission.

  • Members and participants have the right to view and delete their data in accordance with GDPR legislation.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

  • EarthMoves vzw reserves the right to change these conditions.

  • Changes will be communicated via the website and/or email.

  • Continued use of the Services or participation in activities constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • In the event of a dispute, an attempt will first be made to reach an amicable settlement.

  • If necessary, the dispute will be settled in accordance with Belgian law and handled by the competent courts.
